Southern Coconut Cake


Our coconut cake begins with a delicate sour cream cake. We layer it with coconut pastry cream and top it with cream cheese icing and LOTS of coconut. 

We use unbleached coconut, which is not the bright- white of typical store- bought coconut. If you would prefer the bleached coconut, simply let us know in the notes section.

This cake is also available with Swiss Meringue buttercream, which is less sweet than our cream cheese icing. If you would prefer this option, please let us know in the notes section.
